Spiritual Year End Reflections

The transition from one year to the next is a time for reflection. Most people will look back at their achievements, what progress they’ve made in life, and what milestones have passed. Looking at the outward RESULTS in their life and business. They they’ll set goals for the upcoming year: things they want to create and manifest, milestones that can be measured as progress.

There’s nothing wrong with this approach. It’s great to take stock of where you are and how far you’ve come. Even the traditional S.T.R.O.N.G. goal setting process makes it clear your goals should be tangible and measurable. I create a manifestation board and have specific items and achievements I want to create (hello Harvard diploma, French chateau, and Lexus SUV coming to me!)

But in the midst of tallying your numbers and reviewing your profit from last year, it’s also important to reflect on your spiritual successes and progress this past year too. What about all the spiritual, psychological, and emotional shifts you made this year? Your inner being is also moving through this annual temporal threshold of concluding 2023 and birthing into 2024. It’s a great opportunity to set aside the worldly accomplishments for a moment and look within. After all, your external life is a reflection of your internal state.

So grab your favorite journal and pen, make a cup of hot tea, get still in your heart and mind for a few breaths, and then do some journaling reflection on the prompts below. It’s a chance to check in with your soul and take a life audit to see how you’re doing at this whole human experience thing. You will come out the other side of this exercise feeling so grounded in yourself and knowing what shifts your ready to make in order to align with the woman you want to become.
