About Sarah Byrd

I’m Sarah Byrd, a therapist, photographer, and coach dedicated to helping women heal, grow, and reconnect with your true self. With a background in clinical counseling and mindfulness-based practices, I specialize in working with women who are ready to break free from old patterns, embrace their inner strength, and create lives filled with purpose and joy.

I’m currently a Clinical Counseling Master’s student at Naropa University (MA Candidate), where I focus on mindfulness-based and transpersonal approaches to therapy. Naropa’s integration of contemplative practice and psychology aligns deeply with my values of healing through mind, body, and spirit. In addition, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Psychology at Harvard University (ALM Candidate), allowing me to bring a well-rounded, integrative perspective to my work. As a pre-licensed professional, I am continually growing my clinical skills, providing therapeutic services under supervision while staying committed to the most up-to-date, evidence-based approaches.

I’ve also created a therapy companion journal called Unfolding, designed to support your healing journey. This journal offers thoughtful prompts and reflections to help you explore your inner world and integrate our therapy sessions into your daily life. It’s a tool for self-discovery, growth, and deepening your connection with yourself.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, holistic, and deeply rooted in mindfulness, helping you tap into your own inner wisdom to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re facing anxiety, perfectionism, or seeking a deeper sense of purpose, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can heal and grow at your own pace.

In addition to therapy, I offer branding photography for therapists and coaching services for women looking to build soul-centered businesses. Whether we’re in a therapy session or collaborating on a photoshoot, my goal is always the same: to help you see yourself clearly, honor your unique journey, and step into the fullness of who you are.

When I’m not working, you can find me in nature, practicing mindfulness, or exploring new ways to nurture my own growth and creativity. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
