Sarah Byrd is a clinical counseling graduate student working under professional supervision, bringing both advanced therapeutic training and specialized past life regression expertise to her sessions. Currently pursuing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program at Naropa University (graduating 2026) and her Master of Liberal Arts in Psychology at Harvard University (graduating 2027), Sarah integrates evidence-based psychological practices with contemplative healing modalities. She is currently under clinical supervision by a licensed counselor.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Naropa University with a double major in Religious Studies (Indo-Tibetan Buddhism) and Transpersonal & Contemplative Psychology, with a minor in Sanskrit. Recently trained by renowned psychiatrist Dr. Brian Weiss at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, Sarah combines her clinical training, Buddhist psychology background, and specialized regression training to create safe, transformative healing experiences. Under professional supervision, she facilitates group sessions that honor both the spiritual dimensions of past life work and essential therapeutic safety standards.
